Bin Rental Agreement

Please read and accept the following rental agreement and we will contact you within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) to schedule a bin rental at your convenience.

Rental Period

You may keep the bin for up to 7 days. Should you require additional days there is a $20 per day additional fee. It is your responsibility to contact our office 905-885-1939 when the bin is ready for pick-up. The bin will not be automatically picked up on the 7th day.

Payment

As a deposit we require the bin rental fee plus the minimum tonnage to be charged to your credit card prior to the bin being delivered. After the bin has been picked up and weighed, the balance will be charged to the credit card. Your final receipt will be emailed to you.

Clean fill, concrete and asphalt bins are charged at a 5 tonne minimum. Waste bins are a 1 tonne minimum.

If you are using the bin to dispose of clean fill, concrete, asphalt, or waste there is absolutely no mixing of disposal categories permitted. Mixing of materials will automatically result in your bin being charged as mixed waste at $110.00 a tonne.

Placement

The bin must be place on a flat and solid surface. The truck and bin require a space of 15ft wide and 20ft long to drop/pick up the bin and an overhead clearance of 25ft. Please check there are no overhead wires or tree branches.

If the driver is unable to deliver/pick up the bin due to objects in the way or insufficient room for placement, the bin will be rescheduled and additional fees may apply.

Bins cannot be placed on the road.

Liability

By accepting this agreement, you agree to release Henderson Construction from any liability for property damage or any other claim or demand for relief. The Customer assumes all liabilities for damage to driveway pavement/concrete or roads, lawns, and shrubbery. To moderate any possible damage to driveway, we suggest placing wooden blocks down prior to delivery.

Henderson Construction reserves the right to empty the bin on site if the contents include hazardous materials. Please refer to our website for a complete list of acceptable and non-acceptable materials.

TERMS
  • Delivery cost is included in Bin price within Zone 1. Outside of that, standard rates apply.
  • Valid Credit Card is required for delivery without an account.
  • Renters responsibility to call the bin off for pick up.
  • Clean fill bins are only available in 6yard bin for $280 flat rate or 16 yard bin for $500 flat rate. This includes disposal. Clean fill only. Contents can not be mixed with garbage or will be dumped at $130 per ton.
  • Overloaded bins past top rail may have additional charges to compress.
  • Damaged bins will be paid for by the customer.
  • Henderson is not responsible for any damage to landscape, yard, drive or property.
  • No Hazardous waste is accepted. Matresses may have additional fees.
  • HST is additional.
